Bloom to cinder: The schofield japan collection

Cinder to Bloom is a group university project for the Design for Industry module. It challenged us to create an up-and-coming product for Schofield Watch Company, to be launched as a Kickstarter campaign.

Two scents, two stories:

Sacred Bloom - an homage to the serene beauty of cherry blossoms at a quiet shrine garden in spring.

Cindered Bloom - a meditation of twilight, where smoke, stone, and memories linger on the rain-slicked streets,

Tier 1 - the first bloom

One full-size bottle (150ml) of your choice: Sacred Bloom or Cindered Bloom. Includes a set of premium cards with scent profile information, a traditional painting reflecting the fragrance mood, and a haiku. These cards are printed on thick 600gsm card with double thickness for a premium, heavyweight feel – made to keep, not to throw away.

Tier 2 - choose your path

Both full-size bottles (150ml each): Sacred Bloom and Cindered Bloom. Delivered in a handmade ash wood box, wrapped in a custom furoshiki cloth – a traditional, Japanese wrapping, folded precisely for protection and ceremony. Available only during this Kickstarter campaign as an exclusive collector’s edition.
